Cheryl and Chris P. – Married Clients
“Howard’s work was defined by trust, integrity, and genuine care. He is a fiduciary financial advisor who looks out for his client’s best interests with remarkable empathy and consistency. He brought expertise and heart — protecting, guiding, and empowering me. His depth of financial knowledge is communicated with clarity and compassion. He helped me, as a widow, find calm and confidence in the midst of uncertainty. He listens deeply, explains things clearly, and helps clients feel reassured and understood. I know how rare and meaningful that kind of presence is; Howard Rubin embodies it fully.”
Michele D. K. - Widowed Client
“You were referred to me to help with my inheritance after my Aunt died and you did help me so much! Then, after my husband passed away, you were there for me again. Whenever I needed you, I could always just pick up the phone. You were always very kind, and you listened. The investments you have set up make such a big difference in the extra assets I will be able to leave for the people I love. You have given me so much more peace and security. You’ve become a trusted friend.”
Carol V.- Inheritance & Widow Client
“Our first conversations were about what my dream life — if I could have what I really wanted — would look like. It was for us to understand how my money could be set up to support that vision. He has helped me work backwards into today, and begin making my dreams a reality, sooner rather than later. I am so grateful for the investment choices he offered that are such a great fit. Howard is a gem, a one-of-a-kind human, a magician, literally and figuratively, and he is spiritually sound, fit and grounded. Anyone moved to hire him would undoubtedly feel safe and cared about and lucky beyond measure.

“Howard Rubin has guided us, with great patience, on course for a retirement situation to accomplish potential we never could have imagined. He is excellent at listening to what we would like for our retirement, has never been judgmental, and has always given us great advice and management of our retirement money. I trust him fully to help us with our goal of a comfortable and prosperous retirement.”
Kevin C. – Retirement/Life-Long Income Planning Client
“Howard Rubin has been my financial advisor for 6 years. He always asks me the right questions, listens deeply and helps me focus on what’s important to me. I can get worried sometimes and wonder if I’m doing OK. When I speak to Howard, he explains everything in a way I understand, and I feel empowered. For a woman like me, managing my retirement investments is about more than just the money; it’s about organizing and taking control of my life. Howard and Minna at Transitions Financial handle me with such great care. It’s wonderful having them on my team.”
